HiAGI provides a cloud-based platform for deploying and managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, which may include deployments via Google Cloud Functions or other supported cloud environments. The service include capabilities for MCP server creation, configuration, integration, monitoring, access control, and lifecycle management, enabling users to orchestrate AI agents and workflows efficiently.
We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and limitations, as detailed on our website.
Fees for paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in these Terms.
You agree not to use the Services:
You are solely responsible for any content (including AI models, datasets, and workflows) you create or upload.
The HiAGI platform, branding, and associated materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.
By submitting content, you grant us the necessary rights to host, display, and process it to operate the Services.
The Services may integrate with or reply on third-party platforms and tools - including but not limited to Google Cloud Functions, OpenAI, Claude, Llamalndex, and other enterprise systems.
HiAGI does not own, operate, or control these third-party services and makes no representations or warranties regarding their availability, performance, reliability, security, or accuracy of content.
Your use of any third-party services is governed exclusively by that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms before using such services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. The Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to litigation.
This agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, is the complete understanding between you and HiAGI.
